Mutual Benefits of Partners

Supply Chain Sustainable Management Results

Novatek has established stable and close cooperative relationships with its suppliers. Taking sustainable development as our vision, we have incorporated such management features as raising quality, environmental protection, and corporate social responsibility into our strategies for sustainable development.

Supply Chain Corporate Social Responsibility

Novatek requires suppliers to coordinate with CSR-related policies, to create a sustainable and survivable green enterprise together with us and safeguard labor rights.

Conflict Mineral Management

The conflict mineral system refers to gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), tin (Sn), and other specific minerals that may be regulated by the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) in the future. They come from mining regions in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or neighboring countries controlled by non-governmental military groups or illegal military factions. The illegal mining profits obtained by these local military groups are stolen from citizens, causing human rights violations and environmental degradation.

Novatek requires its suppliers to comply with the Responsible Business Alliance's Code of Conduct and only makes purchases from environmentally and socially responsible suppliers. The metals and minerals used in Novatek products are not from the regions controlled by the non-governmental or illegal military factions in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or its neighboring countries.
